A LITTLE LUNCH DATE


so I've been very good these past few weeks with my eating habits. I'm trying to cut out the crap and start eating more healthier. To be honest I'm finding it a lot easier than I thought I would. I suppose half the battle is because I really really like the taste of healthier food and the have that it doesn't make you feel bloated and horrible afterwards. So, myself and my mum went to Wagamamas for lunch on Sunday after out shopping trip as she had never been before and it was delicious! I'm not sure if it was healthy but it certainly was a lot better than a McDonald's or something haha! I love all of this type of food and it makes you feel good after you eat it and not too full or sluggish! I could literally live off this stuff. We both had the chicken katsu curry with sticky rice and salad. I will defiantly be having it again :) 
If you're trying to eat more healthy yourself I really suggest food like stir frys etc with chicken or beef and loads of veg and noodles if you prefer, they're really quick and simple and also very filling but make you feel good about yourself!
